Over the past couple of months, Serfas has had the pleasure of working with your organization in setting up our new order validation system.  I want to stress to your organization  that I was told by several other software companies including our own that this type of system could not be integrated with our accounting/order entry system.   

I must say you organization is first rate.  Both yourself and Pat have been nothing less than stellar in the support of our company and the implementation of your system into ours.  Symbology has been very quick to respond, always pleasant, and what is rare nowadays, they are not afraid to think out of the box to solve problems and or create better solutions.
